Mario Leon
Mario Leon, President of MJL Select, is the driving force behind our unique sales and marketing initiatives dedicated to the international luxury travel market. Spanning over 25 years, his extensive experience puts him at forefront in his field of sales and marketing with some of the most impressive luxury hotels and exciting destinations in the world. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Italian and some Portuguese.
Angela Rojas
Angela’s vast experience in hotel sales and operations was acquired at prominent hotels in the Dominican Republic while concurrently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management at PUCMM institution accredited by Cornell University in conjunction with the Nevada School of Hospitality program in DR. Angela is based in New York and manages sales in the Northeast territory for the MJL Select portfolio. She speaks English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and has working knowledge of Italian.
Beth Ferguson
Beth comes to MJL Select with a background in Public Relations and Special Events. She has over 15 years of experience designing and executing events for a portfolio of luxury clientele. In addition to planning events for MJL, Beth manages sales in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. She has a working knowledge of French.
Dalia Banerjee
Dalia brings years of luxury marketing experience along with hotel and culinary industry knowledge. Dalia was most recently Director of Marketing & Communications. Originally from Switzerland, Dalia earned her B.A. and M.A. in Music & Cultural Studies from the University of Zurich, and her MBA from the University of St. Gallen. Dalia is based in Munich, Germany, working as a close contact to all our hotels.
Fara Fara
Fara comes with extensive travel and hospitality experience, working Miami Beach, Mexico & Caribbean markets at world-famous hotels. An expert with pre-opening, renovation and luxury hotels experience ranging from boutique hotels to large scale resorts, Fara excels at each end of the spectrum. She is fluent in English and Spanish and conversational Portuguese.
GianCarlo Avila
GianCarlo joined the MJL team in 2022, based in the Miami office & handles the MJL Select Marketing. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Joyce Colon
Joyce joined the MJL team in 2006, based in the Miami office & handles the MJL Select portfolio for the entire Mid-West and West Coast Region. Joyce also brings with her a wealth of marketing and graphic design experience and is a huge contributor to this facet of the MJL Select portfolio. Including but not limited to website redesign, collateral creation and design etc. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Rossana Arias
Rossana joined MJL Select in 2010, where she has made a great impact on our business. She brings over 15 years of experience to the team from her work with several local businesses. Rossana handles all financial matter for MJL Select. She also communicates with upper management and our clients’ accounting team. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Vivian Wischt
After 13 years away Vivian has re-joined the company, as the Sales Coordinator for the South East, West Coast and Mid Atlantic. Vivian is a reliable source for organizational efficiency throughout the process of managing schedules and providing support to the sales team. Her competencies are only matched by her client communication skills and her friendly demeanor. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Suzanne Corbo
